PASSION AND FEELING Four bottles born from the Family's passion Pasqua for wine, for its long tradition and the strong connection with the city of origin, Verona, with its history, culture and beauty. If wine "is the Poetry of the Earth to Heaven," as Mario Soldati used to say, it is also storytelling, and this wine tells the love story that made Verona famous all over the world, that of the lovers Juliet and Romeo. A legend, a place, a myth that every day attracts thousands of tourists to visit one of the most romantic places and invites them to leave and exchange as many love messages, in the courtyard of the same name. An original shot of Juliet's courtyard by photographer Giò Martorana has become the unique dress of these wines, an unmistakable element of their identity.
Description
The grapes, selected and harvested early, are left to dry for a short period in boxes inside the Fruttaio, thus obtaining a greater concentration of aromas and sugars. After pressing the grapes, maceration on the skins follows for 12 hours to increase the complexity and structure of the wine.
Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel fermenters. After fermentation, part of the wine is aged in French oak barriques.
The wine is then blended and bottled.
Characteristics
PassioneSentimento Bianco is the result of the idea of using only Garganega to produce an elegant, structured white wine capable of evolving over time. A white wine that reveals intense and decisive aromas on the nose, notes of citrus and hints of apricot and peach. On the palate it is round and pleasant, well balanced with a persistent finish.
Pairing
Serve at 10°C with fish and vegetable dishes, Asian and fusion cuisine or alternatively with soft or mature cheeses.
