At Emporio Italia we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We take care to source, store, and deliver our products with the highest standards of quality and freshness.

Perishable Items (Fresh & Frozen Products)

Due to their nature, perishable goods such as fresh, chilled, or frozen foods cannot be returned once delivered, unless they are damaged, defective, or not as described on our website. If you receive an item that is spoiled, damaged, or past its use-by date upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may ask for photos as proof, and we will offer either a refund or replacement.

Non-Perishable Items

For non-perishable items (such as packaged goods, tins, or household products), you may return them within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
  • In a resaleable condition

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
