Each pasta format requires a different cooking time, depending on the texture of the pasta. Other factors, however, affect it greatly, such as weather conditions, fire volume, external humidity, and amount of water. Therefore we suggest, for each format, a minimum and a maximum cooking time to follow until draining, which you will do when the pasta is al dente, ...very al dente!
