Bellavista - BOX Alma Grande Cuvée Non Dosato 0.75L

A new cuvée, a new reading of Franciacorta. Alma Non Dosato represents the contemporary and vibrant interpretation of Bellavista's great vineyard. It is made from predominantly chardonnay and pinot noir grapes. In the winery it is blended from numerous vintage selections and some "reserve" wines from previous vintages, with a blend that chooses the most dynamic and responsive part of the winemaking heritage. The color of the wine is straw yellow with green reflections, the perlage fine and continuous. Fresh and deep the aromas range from fresh flowers to white fruit while in the mouth it is savory, fresh and sharp, complex with a long and bright finish. A wine of backbone, class and elegance.
