The secret of Bellini

The original recipe has always had the same ingredients, ever since Bellini was invented: peaches and Prosecco are enough for each other, they complement each other. No other fruity flavours are needed.

COLOUR
The Bellini in the bottle has the same rosy hue as the one served at Harry's Bar:
