Prosecco Superiore Brut Bolla is made from Glera grapes grown in the historic production area of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene on hilly soils that enjoy a breezy climate. These conditions result in a sparkling wine of great quality that is fragrant and has excellent acidic plug.
Straw yellow in color, with fine, persistent mousse. Good acidity stands out in the mouth, enhancing its aromatic freshness. A jovial and versatile wine, ideal for modern, light cuisine.
It is recommended with: from appetizers to the whole meal, very versatile. Its freshness and aromaticity make it particularly suitable for light, fish and seafood dishes or delicate meats.
