Ragù Toscano is an ideal product for seasoning first courses of durum wheat semolina pasta or fresh pasta, to be chosen according to one's taste. This wonderful traditional Tuscan condiment made with of meat, pork and a different and generous spicing. To enjoy it at its best, heat the "Ragù Toscano" over low heat in a pan for a few minutes, adding a few tablespoons of pasta cooking water. Drain the pasta and toss everything in the pan (together with the sauce) for 1 minute.
Before serving you can personalize with a sprinkling of Grana cheese.
