COLOUR AND PERLAGE
Bright straw yellow. The perlage is fine and persistent.
PERFUME
Fresh and intense bouquet, with a broad fruity note of ripe golden apples, white flowers and a delicate fragrance of yeast, conferred by 20 months of bottle ageing.
TASTE
Harmonious and well-balanced, with a light background of ripe fruit and pleasant sensations of bread crust.
