Frescobaldi - Chardonnay Toscana IGT Albizzia 0.75L

Albizzia is a wine made from Chardonnay grapes, fresh and refined, with aromas ranging from citrus to tropical notes. Excellent as an aperitif, it is an ideal wine for everyday consumption.

Tasting notes: Albizzia 2021 has a delicate straw yellow colour. The nose reflects a wonderful freshness and wonderful fruity notes, ranging from tropical fruits such as banana and pineapple to green apple. There are also wonderful hints of aromatic herbs and a slight balsamic note. On the palate, there is a nice acidic-alcoholic balance and a nice sapidity.

Food pairing: Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with delicately flavoured cold meats such as sweet ham. Perfect with pasta with vegetables or lightly flavoured fish.
