The mouth-watering panna cotta decorated with a caramelised sugar topping.

Add 200 ml whipping or cooking cream and 300 ml milk

Assemble the mould according to the instructions. Boil the cream and milk in a saucepan.
Remove from the heat, add the contents of the large bag, stirring well. Bring back to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
Pour the cream into the mould and leave to cool. Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours. To serve, peel the Panna Cotta off the sides of the mould with the help of a knife, lower the edges, arrange in saucers and decorate with caramel.

Store the product ready for consumption in the refrigerator.

Ingredients: Panna cotta preparation (67 g): sugar, food gelatin, starch, stabilizer: xanthan gum; gelling agent: carrageenan; flavoring. Caramel (30 g; 30 percent): caramelized sugar, glucose syrup. May contain traces of WHEAT, MILK, EGGS, NUTS, SOY.
