Description
Sparkling wine made from the 'Glera' grape variety, native to the Treviso area, and Pinot Noir. The terroir and climatic conditions guarantee a wine with unique characteristics. It presents a fine and persistent perlage thanks to the 60-day charmat method.
Characteristics
A wine with a soft, brilliant pink colour. With a lively perlage and persistent froth, it has aromas of good intensity with fruity notes such as apple, pear and hints of red fruit, such as strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by yeast and bread crust. The taste is fresh and pleasant and harmonious on the palate.
Pairing
A versatile wine, excellent with shellfish, but suitable for all occasions.
