Description
Charmat method sparkling wine produced with the "Glera" grape variety, native to the Treviso area. In this countryside there are the best soils and climatic conditions that guarantee a wine with unique characteristics. It is a lively and fresh white wine, versatile and easy to drink that is suitable for all occasions.
Characteristics
It has a brilliant straw yellow colour, enriched by evident greenish reflections. The nose is fruity and rather intense, and it is fresh and balanced on the palate. The taste is aromatic and persistent, with a pleasantly savoury and mineral finish.
Pairing
An ideal aperitif, it goes well with starters, white meat and fish. Serve chilled at 6-8°C.
