The sour cherry is one of Toschi's most representative products. Even today, as sixty-five years ago, only the best black cherries are carefully selected and pitted and candied by Toschi to decorate desserts, cakes and parfaits or to create ice-creams, milkshakes and slushies.
Once the sour cherries are finished, the syrup can be used for thirst-quenching drinks, ice lollies, slushies and milkshakes.
