MAINLAND PORTUGAL:

Delivery times: Monday to Thursday for orders placed before 1:00 p.m., delivery on the next business day between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. will be processed on the next business day and shipped within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday before 1:00 p.m. will be delivered on the first business day of the following week. All orders placed on Friday after 1:00 p.m., on weekends, or on holidays will be considered and treated as orders received on Monday. This schedule may vary during holidays.
Shipping costs: $5.90 for orders up to $75. Free for orders over $75.

PORTUGUESE ISLANDS:

We apologize, but at this time we are unable to offer this service without first agreeing with the customer on the shipping costs charged by our carriers.

MAINLAND SPAIN:

SHIPMENT TRACKING:

NB: IT IS ESSENTIAL TO PROVIDE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE NUMBER IN THE CUSTOMER FORM. Once the order has been collected by our partner courier, an email will be sent to the address provided in the customer form, containing all the shipping information and a link to track the shipment.

If the package is not delivered to the address indicated in the customer file at the time of ordering, it will be held at the nearest post office for a maximum of 5 working days. After this period, the package will be returned to the www.emporioitalia.pt office and stored for a further 5 days (any fresh food will be removed from the package and disposed of). During this period, you can request redelivery of the package by sending a message to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) or via our WhatsApp account (information available on our website). The same shipping cost will apply. Any fresh food items, if still required, will need to be reordered and re-invoiced.
