Organoleptic examination
Intense and clear ruby red. The nose is reminiscent of wild black fruit, liquorice and undergrowth. In the mouth it is balanced with a finish reminiscent of fresh fruit and ending with a delicate balsamic note.

Food pairings
It goes perfectly with roast red and white meats, aubergine parmigiana and rice sartù.
