Sauce prepared with "Pecorino Romano D.O.P." and pepper, following an ancient recipe from central Italy. Excellent for seasoning pasta or rice dishes. It is excellent when used in the preparation of chicken dishes and in the making of finger food.

Ideal with spaghetti, cacio e pepe is ready to pour directly over freshly drained pasta. Stirring well before use is recommended. For an even creamier consistency, heat the sauce over low heat and stir in pasta cooking water. Try it on crostoni as well.
